Pars Restaurant
The renovation project brought in a high end chefs kitchen into an intimate space where the cooking process is part of the experience. Signature artworks like the plaster casts and materiality of the previous space were preserved and combined with simple, bold gestures.
Located in the former Cafe Savigny, history is handled with care, much is left as it is and only what is necessary is modernized. The heart of the new organization is the open kitchen, which is located in the front dining room and thus gives guests a direct insight into the process of creating the dishes. Building on the values of transparency and high quality that define Pars, the design creates fluid boundaries between the spaces, merging production and conviviality.
