This project transformed a residential attic into an open, fluid living space that seamlessly integrates dining, sleeping, and working zones. The open floor plan enhances the sense of spaciousness within the attic’s compact footprint, while a light grey linoleum floor extends across the entire apartment, visually unifying the space with a continuous, minimalist surface.
Custom furniture was designed around the existing wooden beams to maximize storage and utilize previously inaccessible voids. Valchromat, selected for its texture and color was used as the primary material, establishing a cohesive aesthetic across the built-in elements. In the kitchen, blue recycled acrylic plates add a color accent to the otherwise minimalist palette.
